Determing Your Size

Retail store clothing sizes are different from sewing pattern sizes. Garments are sewn from commercial and custom patterns so please be sure to submit orders using the below sizes based on your body measurements or child's age. Please note: This is a guide only. We try our very best to help you get the right fit based on your measurements, pattern, and type of fabric. 

Sizing Tips

In-Between Sizes: If your measurements fall between two sizes and you are not sure which size to select, it is always safer to go up a size for a more comfortable, semi-fitted, or looser fit. If you prefer a close-fit (tight), it is safer to go down a size. 

 

Bust/Chest: Measure in inches around fullest part of bust

Waist: Measure in inches around natural waist | belly button (Waist measurements are not as relevant on many garments with elastic)

Hips: Measure in inches around fullest part (bottom or  hips)

Children Sizes

Please indicate the child's age and body measurements (if available) with your order. Kids clothing sizes usually coincide with child's age, and usually one size will work for multiple ages. Example: Size 7 usually can fit ages 6, 7, 8 if the child is average built.

 XXL - PLUS SIZES

An additional $10 or more will apply; varies depending on the size. Please indicate your body measurements in the comments section of your order. All outfits may not be available in XXL-Plus sizes but we will certainly have options for you!


MEN SIZES

Please indicate your normal shirt and pants sizes (i.e. S, M, L, 34, 36) with your order.
