Fashion Jewelry & Accessories

• All hoops earrings, fashion jewelry, and accessories showcased on this website are purchased from U.S. wholesale suppliers and sold retail in our online shop. We sell quality, affordable costume jewelry, not fine jewelry. Many are designed in U.S. and are handmade in China or Korea. We try our best to choose only the best, quality products for the price range that we offer. We do not guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of the jewelry and accessories. Most of the jewelry, if not all, are labeled lead and nickel compliant.
• Sales and Promotions: Generally, only one promo coupon is allowed per order.

Clothing

• All finished garments are handmade by Tammy Sherrill, sewn by hand and sewing machine in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.
• All clothing, pillow covers, and pillowcases have finished inside seams and hems.
• Fabric and elastic availability is subject to change at anytime. When items are sewn, the fabric is available at that time but as time passes the fabric supplier may be out of the fabric. We will let you know as soon as we confirm your order and the availability of fabric on made-to-order items. We will always provide you with the next available choice or a similar substitute.
• Fabric care - We sew with a variety of fabrics. Most of the kids clothing are made from 100% cotton. Natural fibers such as cotton may slightly shrink when washed so we recommend fabric manufacturers' instructions to clean with care, gentle wash in cold by machine or hand, tumble dry low, and cool iron; Or dry clean.
• Each item made is unique and will have a variation and not any two pieces will be identical.
• Please keep in mind each person's body structure, size, and measurements are different. Each item sewn is unique and will have a variation and not any two pieces of clothing or fabric will be identical.

BACK-ORDERS

• An item that is temporarily out of stock will indicate if a back-order option is allowed. You will be notified via email when the item becomes available and will be shipped. If the item becomes permanently unavailable you will be notified as soon as it is determined. You will have the option to choose another product at the same price or lesser price. Refunds are not allowed on back-orders, only exchanges or shop credit. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Inventory items ship out in 1-3 business days. Made-to-order items, please allow up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be made and shipped out. If you need your order sooner, please contact us.
• For some items, we offer FREE shipping in the U.S. via USPS. Please note additional shipping costs may apply and must be paid by the buyer for multiple items to be shipped at once. All shipped orders receive tracking numbers. Free shipping may not apply to sale items.
• Combined shipping may not be available on sale items. Please contact us before submitting order for available shipping discounts on multiple orders.
• For some items, we offer local no-contact doorstep delivery for Tampa residents only. Orders received by 6:00 pm will be delivered next business day. Additional $3 service fee applies for local doorstep delivery. Text and email notifications are sent once order has been delivered. 
• International shipping costs will vary depending on shipping location and buyer is responsible for international shipping and custom fees.
• All orders are shipped from Tampa, Florida location.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items. Contact us within 3 days of delivery if an item is damaged upon delivery. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery. We don't accept cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Earrings - All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of earrings, we do not accept returns or give refunds. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if an item is damaged upon delivery for an exchange of equal value. Proof of damage is required. We don't accept cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
